I offer a comprehensive and professional service to publishers and authors who require high-quality development editing, copy editing, proof reading and project management. From a thousand-page manuscript to a short magazine or journal article, no job is too large or too small.
A graduate from Oxford University with a first-class degree in Modern History, I have over 30 years' experience, both in-house and freelance, and have worked for more than two dozen publishers and production companies, and on hundreds of books and other projects. I have also edited theses and dissertations at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
My experience ranges from academic and trade publishing to the primary and secondary educational markets, and from substantial rewriting to technical formatting. All humanities subjects are offered.
